Frequently asked questions
What to know before integrating.
What does Wealth2B offer?
Wealth2B gives fintechs and banks a single API to open segregated U.S. investment accounts and embed investment products in their own platforms. We handle the regulatory and fiduciary layer, portfolio management, operations, custody coordination, and settlement. SmartInvest AI adds contextual financial intelligence, turning user data and signals into timely education, guidance, and relevant financial experiences within each institution’s own channels. We also provide a Partner Backoffice where client teams can access operational data and receive support.
What is my company responsible for as a Wealth2B partner?
Once the API is integrated, your team owns the user experience, sets end-user pricing, and manages customer support. Wealth2B handles the underlying investment infrastructure and operations.
Where are Wealth2B services available?
Wealth2B serves fintechs and banks globally and can open investment accounts for end users in most countries, subject to eligibility and compliance review. Sanctioned territories and jurisdictions covered by applicable restricted-country lists are excluded.
What are the advantages of integrating Wealth2B instead of working directly with a broker?
Wealth2B lets you launch investment products in weeks without building a specialized investment operation or obtaining your own U.S. investment advisory licenses. Unlike a broker-only integration, Wealth2B combines execution infrastructure, managed portfolios, and SmartInvest AI, which turns customer context and signals into timely education, guidance, and journey actions. Our automated investment management service also expands access by removing traditional barriers such as high minimum investments. Local regulatory requirements may still apply.
What does the Wealth2B API integration process involve?
Integration is designed to be straightforward and efficient, with technical support, comprehensive documentation, and sandbox access. In parallel, our compliance team conducts a regulatory assessment and provides an implementation-focused compliance manual. We also design a tailored funds flow and complete due diligence to support operational security.
How can partners monetize Wealth2B-powered products?
Partners retain full flexibility to define their monetization model and end-user pricing. If desired, Wealth2B can also support fee collection directly from end users’ investment accounts.
How are deposits and withdrawals processed?
Wealth2B supports individual transfers via SWIFT, wire, or ACH, as well as aggregated transfers that simplify treasury operations. We can also provide access to a credit facility for immediate funds availability, subject to eligibility and applicable terms.
What are Wealth2B’s regulatory responsibilities?
Wealth2B, Inc. is registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as an investment adviser under CRD #331220. Under this registration, we provide investment advisory services and owe a fiduciary duty to end users. We also work with regulated U.S. broker-dealers and custodians. Each partner remains responsible for assessing its local regulatory obligations and limitations. Wealth2B supports that assessment and maintains agreements with regulated entities across Latin America to help address regional requirements.
